Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PharmaGuide in Cameroon, including the public search experience and the pharmacy/admin portal. By using PharmaGuide, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

PharmaGuide provides drug search and nearby pharmacy discovery. Availability and pricing are provided by pharmacies and may change.

PharmaGuide may display distance, open status, and quick actions (call/navigate). We do not guarantee stock or price at the time you arrive at a pharmacy.

2. Medical disclaimer

PharmaGuide is not a medical provider. For medical advice, consult a licensed professional.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for account security. Pharmacies are responsible for the accuracy of inventory, prices, schedules, and contact information.

• Keep credentials confidential and sign out on shared devices.
• Do not create duplicate pharmacy listings.
• Only list medicines using the central drug catalog (no free-text drugs).

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access unauthorized areas, or submit false data.

You must comply with applicable laws and regulations in Cameroon, including rules related to medicines and pharmacy operations.

5. Suspension

Admins may suspend pharmacies that violate policies or provide unreliable data.

Suspended pharmacies may be hidden from patient search until issues are resolved.

6. Third-party services

PharmaGuide may link to third-party services (for example, Google Maps for navigation). These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and PharmaGuide is not responsible for them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PharmaGuide is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to the service or Terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.
